> ROBERT PLATTEEL B. Pol (Inv) Dip. Crim. (Syd),  - Practice Principal
Robert is a former Police Prosecutor and NSW Police Detective Inspector with experience tempered from working as a Risk Manager with one of Australia's foremost public companies. 
 
With over 20years experience he has led investigations into some of the most heinous crimes as well as concluding numerous corporate investigations exposing and saving businesses literally $100,000s in losses.
 
As the former head of detective and intelligence training for the NSW Police his work has been instrumental in training 100s NSW Police Detectives.  He has also developed post graduate subjects in risk management, corporate compliance, fraud control and investigation for a leading Australian university.
 
His work with the Sydney 2000 Olympics  involved intelligence based risk and threat assessments, working with extremely sensitive information from international law enforcement and homeland security agencies.
 
By ensuring streamlined and efficient business operations, Robert guarantees the best possible result delivered in the most economical manner.
 
 
> MARK SIMPSON Dip. Law. - Investigation Manager
Having worked as a Senior Litigation Consultant  and as the Assistant National Risk Manager for Telstra, Mark casts a very discerning eye over the client's work.  Managing 100's of claims each year and having instructed senior counsel in matters before the High Court of Australia as well as state and federal jurisdictions Mark understands the value of accurate and timely evidentiary material.

His work undertaking factual inquiries and managing claims at a national level, including advising on medico-legal matters places Mark perfectly for cross jurisdiction investigations and his precise understanding of client needs comes from over 12 years managing the type of claims we now investigate.

Mark's legal qualifications means we can make fast and accurate operational investigative decisions to ensure we never jeopardise the evidentiary worth of information we collect.

 

> CHRIS PEFKOS - Investigation Manager
Chris' experience as a former Crime Scene Investigator (CSI), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Operative,  and his Special Forces (Undercover) training positions him perfectly for managing the operational aspects of both factual and surveillance operations.
 
Chris has many years experience undertaking and managing factual and surveillance investigations and has completed litigation investigations for the Australian subsidiaries of many multi-national companies.
 
With experience gained from literally 1000's of investigations Chris undertakes and leads investigations from the field, participating at all stages to ensure every relevant aspect is addressed.
 
A technical expert with extensive  management experience, Chris' operational leadership  directs with pinpoint accuracy.
 
 
> LORRAINE WILSON - Corporate Administrator
Lorraine manages the corporate aspects of our business, including our city and covert suburban office, compliance and quality programs as well as coordinating the continuing professional development of our investigative operatives.
 
 
> INVESTIGATIVE FIELD OPERATIVES
Our Field Operatives are deployed across the state; with experience gained from undertaking investigations on behalf of some of Australia's most prominent companies as well as many global organisations.
 
We can allocate factual investigators or surveillance operatives at short notice as well as deploy undercover operatives in appropriate circumstances.
